Ferrero is seeking a Shift Maintenance Leader for our Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi (AV) plant to oversee maintenance, intervention planning and HR management. You will coordinate shifts, support interventions and collaborate on new projects.

You will define revision programs, manage budgeting and resources, prioritize on-call requests and ensure adherence to safety standards. Fluency in Italian and English is essential for intercultural collaboration in a global food company.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Robotics, Chemical or Mechatronics).
• At least two years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and intercultural/English and Italian fluency.
