McDonald’s is seeking an energetic Shift Manager to lead crew and other managers on a weekly basis, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will plan shifts, monitor performance, manage safety and profitability, and help prepare the next shift.

Previous leadership in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred; you must be 18 or older to supervise in our franchise restaurants.

Competenze

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
