Job summary

ABB is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead ERP transformation and M&A integration across Electrification Service. You will orchestrate service processes in large-scale programs, drive standardization, and elevate operational excellence while collaborating with process owners and stakeholders.

The role offers hybrid work and opportunities to influence process guidance, data integration, and end-to-end process implementation across ERP, CRM, sales, and service management.

Qualifications

• You have 10+ years of experience in service management or customer service in service-oriented or manufacturing sectors.
• Solid understanding of service management processes.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Service Management and connected applications; SAP S/4HANA experience is highly preferred.
• Project management and change management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of operational excellence.
• University degree: Master of Science / MBA in Business Administration, International Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead process blueprint development, governance, and standardization for service management and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes across opportunity management, order handling, field service, and master data.
• Drive end-to-end process implementation, monitoring, and value-based performance tracking.
• M&A integration planning and assessment of operating models, applications, and processes.
• Design and implement multi-application integration connecting ERP, CRM, sales, and service systems.
