Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in Italy is seeking a Manager, Interior Outfitting to oversee interior outfitting for newbuilding projects. You will ensure alignment with contractual specifications, brand standards, quality, timelines, and budgets.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, supervise inspectors and project staff, review drawings and material selections, and coordinate with shipyards and stakeholders to deliver high-quality vessel interiors.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Design.
• At least 5 years in interior outfitting, shipbuilding, or large hospitality projects.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating with naval yards.

Mansioni

• Lead interior outfitting for newbuilding projects, adhering to specs, quality, and budgets.
• Direct daily inspections, monitoring, and documentation to meet schedule.
• Coordinate with shipyards, designers, procurement and hotel operations.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to protect delivery timelines.
• Oversee handover, warranty follow-up, and lessons learned.
