Job summary

Tesco Mobile is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the Tesco Mobile App experience. You will lead design from discovery to delivery, creating intuitive experiences for account management, usage understanding, and optimal plans.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, analysts and researchers to uncover needs and validate ideas with data. You will influence product direction, champion customer-centric design, and contribute to the design system in Figma across mobile experiences.

Qualifications

Experience leading end-to-end UX design from discovery to delivery.
Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
Strong collaboration with product, engineering, analytics and research teams.

Responsibilities

Own the End-to-End Design Process from discovery to delivery.
Lead design activities from ideation through to delivery and continuous improvement.
Translate billing, upgrades and support journeys into simple experiences.
Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and visual designs.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure design intent is delivered.
Design reusable components and scalable design patterns.
Evolve the Tesco Mobile design system in Figma.
Mentor other designers and advocate for customer needs.
