Job summary

Moveax is seeking a Service Designer with 5+ years of experience to shape end-to-end services across mobility, banking and public administration. You will plan discovery, map current and future services, run workshops, and guide product designers and engineers from strategy to implementation.

Collaboration across teams and a focus on accessible, evidence-based decisions are essential. You will contribute to AI-enabled service design while mentoring junior designers and helping evolve our design

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a Service Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio showing at least 3 end-to-end case studies, from problem definition to implemented service.
• Solid experience in discovery activities, such as qualitative research, stakeholder interviews and contextual inquiry.
• Proven experience with service design methods and artifacts (journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps).
• Strong workshop facilitation skills, with diverse and senior stakeholder groups.
• Ability to mentor other designers and present design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
• Fluent Italian and good English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Plan and run discovery activities for complex services.
• Map current and future state services with journey maps, blueprints and maps.
• Plan and lead workshops, co-design sessions and alignment meetings with clients and teams.
• Prototype and validate services before they are built with Product Designers and engineers.
• Incorporate AI considerations; design AI-powered services with human oversight.
