Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in business, economics or engineering with strong academic record.
• 1+ years of professional delivery experience in digital transformation projects for public sector or public healthcare.
• Solid understanding of project management delivery using MS Project, Prince 2, Agile or similar.
• Highly analytical with strong conceptual problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to deliver tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement after initial setup based on Prince 2 and Agile frameworks.
• Work with SHaPE clients across public, social and healthcare sectors to provide impactful solutions.
• Plan, deliver, and manage organizational changes and governance improvements.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical implementation initiatives and goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to sustain benefits after project completion.
