Senior Transfer Pricing Consultant | Milano

About the role:

At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, the company, and colleagues address and solve complex challenges in transfer pricing and international tax analysis. We are seeking a professional to join our Transfer Pricing team in Milan to perform analyses related to transfer prices of goods, services, and financial transactions within groups.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Structuring and performing compliance analyses according to Italian tax law and OECD guidelines.
2. Analyzing the value chain of client groups through management interviews.
3. Reviewing financial statements and intragroup contracts.
4. Conducting benchmarking analyses.
5. Drafting transfer pricing documentation.

Ideal candidate profile:

• 2-5 years of experience in transfer pricing.
• Qualification as a lawyer or chartered accountant.
• Master’s degree in Business (LM-56, LM-77) or Law (LMG-01).
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and dynamic approach.
• Post-graduate specialization in Tax Law is a plus.
