We are looking for a Pilot Line Workshop Leader & Development Prototype Workshop — a skilled, hands-on technician responsible for managing our Senna Pilot Line and Prototype Laboratory within the R&D department.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and perform trials on the Senna Pilot Line.
- Collaborate with the Pivot Lab and Senna Pilot Line Manager on the management and preparation of trials.
- Support trial execution, data collection, and results analysis in collaboration with the Pivot Lab, Senna Pilot Line Manager, customers, and the Development department.
- Perform and analyze rolls using instrumental measurements for data trials in collaboration with the Pivot Lab.
- Provide prompt assistance to solve technical issues during testing phase, related to processes and machinery.
- Conduct process checks and quality control to improve product quality and propose improvement solutions.
- Perform mechanical check out of converting roll machines (Senna Pilot Line and prototypes).
- Collaborate with the technical department to resolve or improve technical solutions
To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have
- A Technical School Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- 5-8 years of experience as Mechanical Technician in the converting manufacturing industry;
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; proficiency in MS Office 365 and JT Viewer.
- A structured and systematic approach to completing tasks according to targets and schedules.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to work.
- Commitment to quality standards and safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic.
- Availability and willingness to travel is a plus.
- Technical English proficiency is required; fluency is a plus.
