Reschio is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to translate the design language into precise architectural drawings, details and construction information for exceptional private residential projects. The role works closely with Count Benedikt Bolza and the internal design team, coordinating two draftspersons and interfacing with site teams to ensure exact execution.

The ideal candidate has a mature technical approach, strong discipline and the ability to maintain high standards of craftsmanship

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in high-end residential architecture, restoration or bespoke private projects.

Mansioni

• Develop and technically execute high-end residential and restoration projects under leadership.
• Translate creative direction into precise, consistent and buildable drawings.
• Produce, coordinate and review detailed drawings, construction documents, specifications and technical packages.
• Supervise two draftspersons, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Maintain drawing quality, detailing, proportions and construction logic.
• Provide technical support to site teams, contractors and craftsmen.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues with internal and external teams.
• Ensure continuity between design intent, technical documentation and built execution.
• Contribute to a culture of discretion, precision and excellence.
