You will drive technical and functional solutions, manage high-priority incidents, and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

This senior, customer-facing leadership role requires deep PLM expertise, especially in Teamcenter modules, ITIL best practices, and a track record of improving service stability

Competenze

• 10+ years of PLM experience with Teamcenter.
• Expert understanding of Teamcenter modules.
• Experience leading AMS/Incident management.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and service delivery.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end Teamcenter AMS operations under SLA constraints.
• Manage priority incidents, RCA, and functional leadership.
• Coordinate daily support calls and stakeholder communications.
• Drive continuous improvement with SOPs and knowledge articles.
