Job summary

Somfy Group in Italy seeks a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager to deploy and lead the supplier QA processes across development and serial production. You will head a team of Supplier Quality Leaders and drive QCDTE objectives to ensure product compliance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and hands-on improvement of supplier performance across global sites. Fluent Italian and English are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Supplier Quality (projects and/or serial production) in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years of team management experience.
• Good knowledge of Office Suite (Excel...).
• Fluent Italian is mandatory.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supplier Quality Leaders; support project and serial production activities.
• Own and ensure achievement of QCDTE objectives for projects and suppliers.
• Manage supplier non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Identify, assess, and manage quality risks impacting projects, production, or customers.
• Promote continuous improvement of supplier QA processes and tools.
