Job summary

Somfy seeks a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager to deploy and ensure supplier quality processes across new product development and serial production. You will lead a team of Supplier Quality Leaders, drive QCDTE results, and manage supplier risk to secure project commitments and customer satisfaction.

You will guide continuous improvement of supplier quality processes, oversee escalation and corrective actions, and collaborate across manufacturing sites and international supplier base.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of supplier quality experience (projects and/or serial production)
• 3–5 years of team management experience
• Good knowledge of Office Suite (Excel…)
• Fluent professional English
• Fluent Italian is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supplier Quality Leaders for project and serial production
• Own and achieve QCDTE performance objectives for projects and suppliers
• Define and oversee action plans to reach performance targets
• Identify, assess, and manage quality risks across projects and production
