Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in similar roles.
• Thorough knowledge of auditing principles, procedures and techniques.
• Strong understanding of supply chain compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; fluent in Italian and English; French an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of compliance standards, regulations and best practices.
• Develop and manage annual supplier audit plan and maintain supplier database.
• Oversee execution of supplier audits with external consultants and audit firms.
• Ensure accuracy of audit reports and analyze results in light of regulations.
• Provide regular updates on audit program to stakeholders and monitor KPIs.
• Facilitate corrective action plans with operations to resolve non-conformities.
• Identify opportunities to improve audit and visits programs with the Supplier Compliance Manager.
• Collaborate with the Supplier Compliance Manager to enhance control protocols in the supply chain.
