MR PORTER, the men’s luxury style destination, is seeking a mid-senior stylist to lead styling for ecommerce shoots in Milan. The role emphasizes high-quality model imagery, brand-aligned creative vision, and mentoring junior stylists on set.

Requires 6+ years in menswear styling for ecommerce or luxury, a strong eye for detail, fluent English, and proven ability to manage studio operations. Fixed-term, on-site contract with competitive base salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Menswear fashion styling within ecommerce or luxury.
• Extraordinary styling competence with a strong eye for detail.
• Team player with ability to coordinate, guide and inspire on set.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and reliability.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Style and shoot ecommerce model shots reflecting high-quality standards.
• Provide styling decisions aligned with the MrPorter creative vision and brand identity.
• Provide styling feedback and quality control across imagery, supporting guidelines development.
• Support production planning, daily studio operations and resource allocation.
• Mentor assistants, junior and mid stylists on set.
