Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team, part of the Red Bull family, seeks a senior Structural Analyst to own stress analysis from design through part release. You will coordinate junior analysts, ensure traceable documentation, and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to meet project timelines.

The role covers in-service validation, test procedures, and occasional trackside support during races, with a focus on carbon and metal structures and advanced FEA methods.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of carbon and metal structures.
• Extensive stress analysis experience at a senior level.
• Previous engineering experience in F1.

Responsibilities

• Perform stress analyses (FEA and hand calculations) from preliminary design through final part release with clear, traceable documentation (Stress Reports).
• Monitor in-service behaviour of car parts, including trackside usage, testing and service life follow-up.
• Develop and improve calculation and sizing methodologies in collaboration with the Stress Methodology group.
• Provide trackside support during race weekends or testing events as needed.
