Kearney in Lombardy seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead and steer client projects, ensuring value delivery while respecting budgets and schedules. You will work with senior teams to apply strategy, operations and organizational expertise to client challenges.

You will develop marketable points of view, support business development, and contribute to firm-building activities such as mentoring and training. Italian and English fluency required.

Formación

• Master’s degree, preferably in Business or Engineering
• Italian and English, C1-C2 level required
• 4-6 years’ experience in strategic consultancy
• Remember to enter final grades (or GPA) for screening
• Language requirements: Italian AND English

Responsabilidades

• Consult on and manage the day-to-day direction of client projects, ensuring work is on track, delivering clear client value, and adhering to budgets and schedules
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in strategy, operations and/or organizational effectiveness within target industry sector
• Support development of marketable points of view on business challenges, including creating intellectual capital
• Support strategic and tactical initiatives to identify, develop and extend client relationships
• Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training and mentoring
