Job summary

Kearney Italia, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to the growth and development of our team in Lombardia, Italy.

You will lead day-to-day client project directions, ensuring on-track progress, budget adherence and high utilization, while applying expertise in strategy, operations and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of strategic consultancy experience, fluency in Italian and English, and a Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or Engineering (required).
• Italian and English proficiency (required).
• 4-6 years' experience in strategic consultancy (preferred).
• GPA/grades submission for screening is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and manage the day-to-day direction of client projects, ensuring work is on track and within budgets and schedules.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in strategy, operations and/or organizational effectiveness within target industry sector.
• Support development of marketable points of view on business challenges, including creation of intellectual capital.
• Support strategic and tactical initiatives to identify, develop and extend client relationships.
• Participate in firm-building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training and mentoring.
