Qualifications

• Must have Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 4-6 years’ experience in strategic consultancy.
• Italian and English at C1-C2 level.
• Enter all final grades (or GPA) as part of screening.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and manage the day-to-day direction of client projects, ensuring work stays on track and within budgets and schedules.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in strategy, operations and/or organizational effectiveness within target industry sector.
• Support the development of marketable points of view on business challenges, including creating intellectual capital.
• Support strategic and tactical initiatives to identify, develop and extend client relationships.
• Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g., recruiting, training and mentoring.
