Roland Berger GmbH in Milan, Italy, is seeking a curious Junior Consultant to join our strategy and transformation practice. You will work with experienced consultants and clients to tackle business challenges and deliver impactful solutions across industries.

You will support analytics, market research, and data analysis, help develop strategic recommendations, and prepare client-ready presentations and reports.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in consulting or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Support project teams in analyzing business challenges and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to generate insights.
• Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and improvements.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and other deliverables.
• Assist in structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather information.
