Louis Vuitton in Piedmont, Italy, seeks a Stock Operations Lead to ensure efficient back-of-house processes. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability to support the store team in delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain and vendors to keep stock accurate and well-presented, coach the stock team, and uphold service standards in a luxury retail environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of relevant stock/warehouse experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and commercial mindset.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and sense of service.
• Ownership and responsibility; ability to lead a stock team.

Overview

In this role you ensure efficient back-of-house operations to enable the store team to focus on high-quality client interactions. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability to optimize the client experience and support the stock team’s development. You collaborate with the Supply Chain and vendor partners to keep stock accurate and in good condition. This position combines operational excellence with people leadership in a luxury retail environment that values service and ownership.
