E80 Group cerca un Senior SQL Engineer per contribuire allo sviluppo e all’evoluzione del WMS SM.I.LE80. Sarai parte di un team Agile, occupandoti di progettazione, ottimizzazione e troubleshooting delle soluzioni di storage dati, gestione definizioni DB e documentation Il ruolo richiede laurea in informatica o ingegneria software, 10+ anni con SQL Server, conoscenze avanzate di T‑SQL, OLTP/OLAP, Windows Server e .NET/C#.

Si richiede inglese fluente; si valorizza esperienza con WMS e cloud.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in informatica o ing. software o equivalente.
• 10+ anni di esperienza con SQL Server e sviluppo di DB relazionali.
• Padronanza di SQL e T-SQL; OLTP/OLAP e tuning query.
• Esperienza con strumenti di unit testing per SQL/T-SQL.
• Conoscenza di Windows Server; Linux è un plus.
• Conoscenza di .NET/C# e ORM.
• Inglese fluente.

Mansioni

• Progettare e ottimizzare strutture dati e logiche operative.
• Collaborare per troubleshooting, analisi difetti e fix di alta qualità.
• Redigere documentazione tecnica per il team E80.

About the Job

Within SM.I.LE80 engineering organization we are looking for a Senior SQL Engineer, T/SQL expert, who can actively and effectively contribute to the evolution of SM.I.LE80 WMS (Warehouse Management System) product, bringing in his experience and willing to learn about the unique blend of robotics, software engineering, automation and networking we have. Responsibilities

• Contribute to/lead design, development, optimization activities focused on our data storage solutions structure & operational logic
• In collaboration with the team take care of troubleshooting, defects analysis and related fix to ensure high quality standards
• Contribute to/lead to the related technical documentation and training activities to E80 technical personnel working on custom projects.

Required Qualifications

• Master Degree in software/computer science engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of professional experience within SQL Server ecosystem, working on design and development of relational databases. Up to date with the LATEST SQL Server releases.
• Master proficiency with SQL & TSQL languages, including advanced topics, experience with OLTP & OLAP systems, isolation levels, recursion, query optimization etc
• Working experience with unit testing tools for SQL/TSQL
• Windows SQLServer 2019+ DBA knowledge level, including experience with HA, DR and clustering configuration and administration
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server Operating System. Knowledge of Linux environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of and development experience with.Net/C# programming environment
• Knowledge of and development experience with ORM frameworks
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience on warehouse management systems (WMS) software, in sectors like industrial automation, logistics, telco or mission critical software is highly appreciated
• Working experience with other relational DB such as Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, etc
• Working experience with other non relational DB such as MondoDB, InfluxDB, ElasticSearch, etc
• Working experience with cloud hosted services (Azure, AWS, etc)
• Proficiency with other programming or scripting languages such as Python, Powershell, Bash shell etc
• Hands-on with Git, Git-flow, etc
