You will design and optimize high‑performance DSP algorithms for satellite links, implement HDL blocks, and partner with RF, antenna, and spacecraft teams to ensure seamless integration in a space‑qualified hardware platform.

The role demands hands‑on FPGA development, radiation‑tolerant design, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work model; relocation to Italy required.

Competenze

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in DSP, communications, or space systems.
• Strong background in digital communications theory and PHY‑layer design.

Mansioni

• Design and implement DSP algorithms for satellite communications and cross‑link links.
• Develop real‑time DSP pipelines for radiation‑tolerant embedded systems and FPGA accelerators.
• Model RF/optical link performance including Doppler and orbital dynamics.
• Write HDL for signal processing blocks and PHY modules; optimize for low latency.
