STACK is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead for hyperscale data centres and mission-critical facilities. You will partner with clients, translate complex requirements into clear briefs for STACK teams, and lead technical workshops.

The role requires deep knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and protection systems, with an emphasis on reliability and scalability. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across Development, Design Engineering, Delivery and

Strong electrical engineering experience within hyperscale data centres, mission-critical facilities or similar infrastructure.

Act as trusted Solutions Engineering partner to hyperscale and strategic clients.
Translate client requirements into engineering briefs for STACK teams.
Lead client and internal technical workshops and reviews.
Shape practical, scalable solutions balancing client requirements with STACK standards.
Provide electrical engineering expertise across critical power infrastructure including MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, protection systems and monitoring.
Review load analysis, protection coordination, arc flash studies and capacity planning.
Support FAT, SAT, energisation planning, commissioning and IST.
Provide technical assurance across the project lifecycle from design through operation.
Act as technical authority for Electrical Engineering while coordinating multidisciplinary solutions.
Understand and review engineering interfaces to identify risks and optimisation opportunities.
Challenge proposals for constructability and operability impacts.
Collaborate across Development, Design Engineering, Delivery and Operations.
Review design docs, specs and deviations for alignment with client requirements.
Identify requirements gaps and interface issues early with clear recommendations.
Support project teams during design and delivery by resolving technical queries.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal disciplines.
Support testing, commissioning and handover to confirm delivery meets requirements.
Prepare technical assessments and recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
Contribute feedback to improve STACK reference designs and standards.
Represent STACK in client meetings and technical reviews across EMEA with up to 25% travel.
