CloudHQ is seeking a Lead Power Systems Engineer to lead the design and delivery of utility infrastructure for hyperscale data centers across EMEA. You will drive power connections, coordinate with utilities, and set regional standards to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in power systems engineering, data centre design, and experience coordinating multi-site projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience delivering utility connections and power infrastructure for large-scale data centres in EMEA.
• Experience with HV/MV, substations, UPS, generators and SCADA/BMS/EMS systems.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages (German/French/Italian/Spanish) desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead design and delivery of power connections for new CloudHQ projects across EMEA.
• Coordinate with utilities, grid operators and infrastructure managers.
• Set regional infrastructure standards, specs and commissioning protocols.
• Manage budgets, schedules and project KPIs for multi-site deployments.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with IEC, ISO and local codes.
• Liaise with internal teams (PM, Energy, Ops, Legal) to align delivery timelines.
• Act as primary technical contact with utilities, authorities and contractors.
