STACK is seeking a senior mechanical engineer for hyperscale data centres in Europe. You will act as technical authority, shaping resilient cooling solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams through design, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities include reviewing design docs, conducting CFD analyses, ensuring system integration, and maintaining performance. Travel up to 25% will be required across EMEA.

Competenze

• Strong mechanical engineering experience in hyperscale data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of data centre cooling and mechanical systems (HVAC, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC, pumps, valves).
• Ability to evaluate decisions for resilience, maintainability and long-term asset performance.
• Understanding of integrated data centre systems across mechanical, electrical and controls.

Mansioni

• Lead workshops and technical reviews with clients and STACK teams.
• Translate requirements into engineering briefs and input for design and delivery teams.
• Review design documents, specifications and deviations to ensure alignment with design intent.
