Job summary

ING Italia is seeking a Solution Designer / IT Integrator to translate business objectives into scalable, secure end-to-end technical solutions. You will bridge Business, Architecture and Engineering, ensuring coherence across systems and data flows while supporting successful delivery outcomes.

The role drives end-to-end design, solution feasibility and implementation governance throughout the lifecycle. Location is Milan (hybrid) with a permanent contract and a base salary of 50.000€ per year.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• At least 6 years of experience in the role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong customer-centric mindset.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Ensure architectural coherence across systems, applications and data flows.
• Drive solution feasibility, design and implementation governance.
• Support backlog refinement and User Story decomposition.
• Collaborate with development teams during implementation and reviews.
• Communicate risks, assumptions and constraints to stakeholders.
• Promote engineering excellence and alignment with security/compliance standards.
