Serco Space Services - Europe Careers in Rome seeks a Senior Software Developer to join the ECLIPSE Product Development team. This full-time role includes remote-working options and a path for career progression.

You will design and deliver high-quality software, mentor peers, and influence architectural decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the lifecycle.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot stack.
• Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript plus front-end frameworks.
• Proficient in Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on with Git, SVN or similar version control systems.
• Ability to mentor and lead technical discussions.

• Lead design, development, deployment and maintenance of complex software features.
• Design scalable, secure solutions aligned with goals and architecture.
• Take ownership of significant functional areas for long-term quality.
