Carlo Gavazzi Impianti is seeking a Site Manager for Our Projects in Italy to manage and coordinate site activities from construction to commissioning, delivering the plant to the Customer in line with contract requirements and objectives set by the Project Manager.

He/She will ensure technical and operational support at the construction site, manage resources and documentation, and represent the company with suppliers, customers and partners on site.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience as Construction Manager or Site Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment, design, and engineering standards.

Mansioni

• Represent the Company in relations with the client, subcontractors and local authorities on site.
• Guide construction and delivery of plants within the contract program and budget, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate on-site personnel to meet budget, quality, safety, and work plans.
• Manage relationships with the client site, addressing technical issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures on site.
• Oversee vehicles and equipment, coordinating maintenance as needed and documenting status.
• Coordinate administrative and accounting activities related to the project.
• Prepare SAL and active invoicing documentation and report to the PM.
• Coordinate inspections with QA/HSE/Audit and address non-conformities.
