microTECH Global Limited is seeking a High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer in Milan, Italy, to own end-to-end SI analysis across the design stack and drive methodologies for high-speed interconnects. You will optimise PCB, package, and interconnect performance while developing automation tools to improve team efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering or Physics, 5+ years experience, and hands-on expertise with HFSS, ADS, CST, and SIwave.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in a related field and 5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong foundations in signal integrity and high-speed interconnects.
• Experience with SI tools and automation workflows.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end signal integrity analysis for high-speed channels from design to validation.
• Optimise PCB, package, and interconnect performance under real-world conditions.
• Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and automated workflows to improve efficiency.
• Build reusable electromagnetic modelling methodologies for high-speed applications.
• Translate SI findings into actionable design guidelines for hardware teams.
• Contribute to and shape the technical roadmap for high-speed interconnects.
