General Medical Merate S.p.A. is seeking a Service Technician to join the Technical Service team, working with advanced electromedical technology in diagnostic imaging. You will install, maintain, and support equipment at customer sites.

The role requires a technical diploma, willingness to travel extensively, strong English, and good IT skills. The position offers permanent contract in the Triveneto area with training at the company headquarters.

Competenze

• Diploma in electronics, electrical engineering or mechatronics required.

Position – Role required

As part of the expansion of our Technical Service Team, we are looking for Service Technicians to work with advanced electromedical technology in the field of diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

• Installation of new equipment at customer sites;
• Preventive maintenance and repair of equipment failures;
• Training operators on the use of equipment and related software.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, with a solid technical and scientific background in IT, electronics, and electrical engineering;
• Knowledge of networking systems and network architecture;
• Hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and precision;
• Willingness to travel extensively within Italy and internationally (essential requirement);
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Proficiency in using Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel);
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Structured and systematic approach, with good organizational abilities;
• Ability to work independently.
