Hitachi Rail STS S.P.A. is seeking a motivated Control System Engineer to design, commission and support SCADA systems for railway projects. The role is based in Piossasco (TO), Italy, with responsibilities spanning from tendering to backlog work and interface management across international teams.

You will lead technical tasks, coordinate with various departments, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Fluency in English and Italian, plus willingness to travel, are essential.

Competenze

• Master's degree or higher in Automation, Electrical Engineering or Computer/Information Science.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Italian proficiency.
• Knowledge of SCADA system standards and interfaces.
• Experience with design and commissioning activities of SCADA systems.
• Willingness to travel in medium durations.

Mansioni

• Design, develop and commission SCADA systems for Tender/Backlog projects.
• Estimate effort in man-hours for project activities.
