The ELLIS Group Architects Pty is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Senior Consultant to lead payroll configuration and optimisation for complex NPO environments in Rome. You will drive payroll controls, testing, and transformation initiatives across PA, OM, and Time Management modules.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in SAP HCM/Payroll, with strong PCC, reconciliation experience and a proven track record in salary scales, allowances, and dependency calculations within non-profit contexts.

Competenze

• 12+ years SAP HCM/Payroll experience.
• Experience across PA, OM and Time Management.
• PCC, testing, reconciliation and payroll controls.

Mansioni

• Support payroll configuration, optimisation, controls and transformation initiatives.
• Work across complex NPO payroll processes including salary scales, step increases, allowances, post adjustments and dependency calculations.
