You will architect back-end systems, optimize APIs, and build modern front-end experiences, collaborating with product, design, and QA.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of full-stack development with RoR as a core strength
• Experience with React is highly preferred
• Experience leading end-to-end projects and mentoring engineers
• Hands-on fluency with AI development tools and judgment on AI acceleration

• Shape technical direction on the Essentials squad; stay hands-on in RoR, TS, React
• Lead by example with clean, maintainable code and thoughtful reviews
• Design and optimize back-end systems, APIs, and data flows for performance
• Build modern front-end experiences using React, TS, and CSS
• Work across relational databases; write efficient SQL and model data
• Lead projects end-to-end and communicate trade-offs clearly
