Sparkrock is a 100% remote organization helping social benefit organizations achieve more with technology. We seek a senior .NET developer who designs, codes, and mentors across enterprise SaaS platforms, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

You will drive technical standards, CI/CD practices, and architecture reviews while collaborating with global teams and senior leadership to ship high-quality software. Strong written and spoken English is essential.

Competenze

• 10+ years of .NET development experience.
• 5+ years of full-stack development.
• 5+ years on an enterprise SaaS development team.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools in daily work.
• Experience implementing unit and integration tests in backend and frontend.
• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerized applications.
• Strong interaction with senior management and product standards.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Evaluate technical designs to ensure they meet product standards.
• Evaluate and suggest new technologies and platforms for the product.
• Define coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Code complex solutions and prototypes.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools in day-to-day development.
