Northstrat is seeking a Senior Production Technician to build, test, and deliver space electronic warfare systems for production contracts. The role focuses on on-site hands-on assembly, integration, testing, QA, and documentation to support delivery and future production planning.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with RF-based electronic systems, production environments, and strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Competenze

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) related field and 8+ years of relevant experience; OR 12+ years of equivalent experience without a degree.
• Should have functional knowledge of ground systems capable of transmitting and receiving RF emissions.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to read and interpret test procedures and technical documents.
• Must be able to physically lift, rack, and stack equipment following safety guidelines.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in software loading, hardware, and network issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of production processes and RF test equipment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and facility managers on material availability and production schedule.
• Build and integrate electronic equipment and perform acceptance tests.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with engineering as needed.
• Document production data, maintain records, and prepare test reports for delivery.
• Inspect intermediate and finished products for QA/QC adherence.
