Northstrat is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics and Material Management Specialist to support production contracts involving space electronic warfare systems. The role coordinates shipments, inventory, and government property management while ensuring ITAR compliance and efficient supply chain operations for both domestic and international shipments.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, manage documentation, and ensure timely deliveries.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field; 8+ years of relevant experience OR 12+ years without a degree.
• Experience with asset management of government property and ITAR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations and hazardous material handling.

Mansioni

• Coordinate shipments, receipt of materials, and inventory management for domestic and international shipping.
• Manage purchase orders, product orders, and government property records within an enterprise logistics tool.
• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storing, and staging of materials from arrival to delivery.
• Maintain government property records and detailed reports of usages and failures; ensure ITAR compliance.
• Collaborate with production, deployment, and maintenance teams to ensure supplies are ready for site installations.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, shipping companies, and freight carriers; manage shipping documentation.
