ams OSRAM in Seggiano, Italia, seeks a Principal RF/HF Analog Layout Engineer to lead HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs and related RF ICs. The role guides layout architecture and floorplanning while ensuring high-speed interfaces are correctly implemented.

You will mentor layout engineers, develop methodologies, and drive parasitic-aware implementations while supporting design teams through sign-off.

Competenze

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years RF/analog layout experience.
• HF analog layout for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs, including high-speed interfaces.
• Matching, shielding and isolation.
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI.
• EM-aware layout methodologies.
