Nadara is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer for our Growth Business Unit, based in Italy or Spain, with Roma as a core location. You will lead integrated schedules from Level 1 to Level 5, manage baselines, monitor progress and forecast milestones, while coordinating across departments.

You will bring 8–10 years of planning experience in EPC, energy or industrial projects; strong CPM knowledge and English fluency are essential.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Fluent English is required.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage integrated project schedules (Level 1–5) from baseline through updates.
• Set, monitor and control schedule baselines; align planned vs. actual progress.
• Perform critical path analysis and forecast milestones and completion dates.
• Monitor planning performance with KPIs, S-curves and earned value.
• Prepare recovery schedules and time impact analyses for delays or changes.
• Coordinate planning inputs across departments and review contractors’ plans.
• Lead planning review meetings and track actions.
• Produce planning reports for teams and management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning methods and tools.
