Crealis Group in Lombardy is seeking a Senior R&D Engineer for the Capsules Business Unit to drive new product solutions from concept to validation.

Based in Bodio Lomnago, you will lead cross-functional projects, apply stage-gate processes, and ensure robust documentation and milestones across our global sites.

Fluency in English and Italian is required; experience with multi-component industrial products and international collaboration is essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5–9 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in product innovation and development projects.
• Experience with multi-component industrial products.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are an asset.

Your Mission

Drive product innovation and ensure disciplined, execution-focused R&D activities - delivering robust, scalable solutions across our global industrial footprint.

What You’ll Do

• Lead innovation and customer-driven development projects from concept to industrial validation
