Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Quality Control within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven track record in leading and developing QC teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience in international/matrix organizations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Control organization.
• Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory standards.
• Oversee laboratory activities, investigations, deviations, CAPA, stability and analytical processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation within QC.
• Support digitalization of laboratory processes and systems.
• Develop managerial capabilities and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and site functions.
• Contribute to site priorities and strategic projects.
