• Developed site HSE Management Plans and implemented on site.
• Engineering background preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with local HSE legislation and internal standards and integrate HSE into project planning and contractor management.
• Develop the site HSE Management Plan and communicate to project management and contractors with risk management procedures.
• Ensure the site is controlled with safe access, signage and effective risk management.
• Implement site risk management procedures focusing on high frequency risks and high hazard tasks.
• Provide training and coaching to managers and team leaders on risk management and duties.
• Coordinate internal & external resources to deliver high quality SHE support.
• Audit compliance and drive continuous improvement with effective communication of learnings.
• Engage with stakeholders (contractors, regulators, communities) on HSE topics.
