QCS Staffing seeks a Project Control Manager for Italy, Milan, on a 12‑month contract in the life sciences sector. You will lead planning, scheduling, forecasting and cost control across the project lifecycle and coordinate with contractors and clients.

Italian language and strong English communication are required, with proven experience on pharma projects and brownfield environments. The role involves managing junior staff and delivering clear progress metrics.

Competenze

Italian speaker with strong English communication.
Completed at least one full lifecycle pharma project.
Proven project controls expertise across planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting.
Primavera P6 user with experience managing complex construction schedules.
Strong stakeholder management skills in brownfield or live operational environments.

Mansioni

Lead all project controls activities including planning, scheduling, forecasting and progress tracking.
Review and validate contractor schedules, reports and performance metrics.
Ensure alignment between project schedule, cost, procurement and execution plans.
Provide regular performance reporting, variance analysis and issue escalation.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors and client stakeholders while managing a junior project controls resource.
