  • Lead Industry & Partner Influence: Represent Awin in senior partner conversations and standards forums (e.g. W3C), shaping tracking, privacy, and interoperability standards.
  • Own Product Strategy & Delivery: Lead a cross‑functional squad from discovery through delivery, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and investment trade‑offs.
  • Drive Commercial & Platform Impact: Translate innovation into measurable business outcomes (adoption, partner growth, revenue uplift, attribution accuracy).
  • Elevate Product Standards: Mentor PMs, strengthen experimentation and insight quality, and ensure strong cross‑functional alignment across Engineering, Data, Legal, and Commercial.
Skills & Expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of products and ensure overall success.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Use advanced analytics tools for in‑depth product performance analysis.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end‑of‑life.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior product managers in their career development.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the product management team.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership aligning with the organization’s vision.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between different departments and teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level.
Our Offer
