Doctolib in Milan is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our patient messaging and related healthcare platform. You will shape the product strategy, drive cross-functional delivery with engineers in Milan and Berlin, and steer AI-enabled features to improve patient-provider communications.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS/B2B product leadership, strong data-driven decision making, and hands-on experience with distributed systems and platform

What we do

As a Senior Product Manager , your mission will be to lead the evolution of our patient messaging solution, transforming how healthcare professionals communicate with their patients. You’ll work with our established messaging platform that launched in Italy in 2021 and now facilitates millions of care conversations monthly across multiple countries. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of full-stack developers in Milan and Berlin to drive productivity improvements and enhance healthcare professional satisfaction.

What you will do:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy for patient messaging and communication services
• Lead cross-functional teams through technical transformations, including architecture improvements and AI integration
• Drive the scalability of patient relationship management tools across multiple countries
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product vision with business objectives
• Oversee integration with innovative products like AI-phone assistant and document sharing capabilities
