Clivet SpA is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Data Center Cooling to lead strategy and lifecycle for data center cooling solutions. You will shape the roadmap, align with R&D, Tech Platform, and Sales to drive positioning and GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle, optimizing the portfolio, tracking performance, and translating market insights into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Product Portfolio Management.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for market analysis and benchmarking.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across R&D, Operations and Sales.
• Familiarity with data center cooling products and industry standards is a plus.

Clivet SpA is now looking for a new colleague who will join our team as Senior Product Manager - Data Center Cooling.

What will this role involve?

As our new Senior Product Manager - Data Center Cooling, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the company's data center cooling solutions, ensuring the portfolio meets market needs, remains competitive, and aligns with strategic objectives.
2. Work closely with R&D, Technological Platform, and collaborate with Product Sales Management to support product positioning and go-to-market activities.
3. Drive the entire product lifecycle management, from introduction to phase-out, including portfolio optimization and rationalization.
4. Monitor project and product performance, provide insights on market and technology trends, and ensure alignment between technical development and business goals.

This is what we're looking for in this role:

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. 5-7 years of previous experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Product Portfolio Management. Experience in critical infrastructure or data center technologies is highly valued.
3. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessment.
4. Excellent collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities to coordinate across R&D, Operations, and Sales teams.
5. Familiarity with data center cooling products (e.g., Chillers, Air Handling Units, Liquid Cooling solutions) and industry standards is a plus.
