Centric Software in Milano is seeking a Product Manager Specialist - Planning to design, build, and maintain the Centric Planning standard models (EasyModel). You will translate strategic requirements into scalable planning solutions spanning MFP, Assortment Planning, and Inventory Planning.

Working within the Product Management team, you will ensure models remain coherent, reusable, and aligned with the product roadmap, while supporting customers and internal teams through documentation and

Competenze

• Experience in Product Management, Solution Design, or Functional Consulting within enterprise planning or retail planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of retail planning processes and methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solution designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced product environment.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and maintain Centric Planning standard models (EasyModel) across multiple planning domains.
• Translate strategic business and market requirements into robust, scalable planning solutions.
• Own and enhance standard planning capabilities, including MFP, Assortment Planning, Inventory Planning.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and UX teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
• Support customer implementations by providing expertise on standard model behaviour and best practices.
• Evaluate customer feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
• Participate in product discovery, feature definition, testing, and release validation.
