Midea in Milan, Italy seeks a senior Product Planner for coffee machines to drive market-aligned product strategy and long-term development. You will lead a cross-functional team across R&D, design and manufacturing to deliver innovative coffee machine products.

Responsibilities include shaping product requirements, coordinating marketing, and ensuring successful launches while advancing team capability and career growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in industrial design, mechanical design, electronic engineering, or related fields.
• Over 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in product planning, R&D, or related home appliance products for coffee machines.

1. Analyze overseas and domestic market demands and trends, as well as research competitors' products and strategies, to develop product planning and positioning for coffee machines. Collaborate with marketing teams to determine marketing strategies, including brand promotion and channel development, to increase market share and sales.

2. Develop a3-5 year technical plan for coffee machine products, leading the team to achieve technological innovation and product development in coffee machines.

3. Clearly understand product requirements, coordinate backend development, and collaborate with the value chain to address issues related to supply chain, manufacturing, etc., while driving product launch and market entry.

4. Manage and coordinate the team to ensure efficient operations and employee career development; coordinate work across departments to achieve the overall goals of the product company.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in industrial design, mechanical design, electronic engineering, or related fields.

2. Over10 years of work experience, with at least5 years of experience in product planning, R&D, or related home appliance products for coffee machines.

3. Strong market insight and product planning capabilities, understanding market needs and trends, and able to formulate product strategies that meet market demands.

4. Familiarity with key points of technological innovation in coffee machines, familiarity with the supplier industry chain for coffee machines or home appliances, and possess certain supplier management capabilities.

5. Strong team management and coordination skills, capable of leading the team to complete product R&D, design, and production launch tasks.
