RINA is actively recruiting a Senior Process Engineer to join our Plant Engineering division in Genoa, Rozzano, or Fano. You will lead process engineering activities across energy projects, ensuring safe, efficient operation of assets and compliance with standards.

The role requires strong process design, simulation, and leadership skills, with a track record in energy transitions and complex plant projects. Fluency in English and Italian communication is essential.

Competenze

• +8 years of experience in process engineering within the energy industry.
• Proven track record of leading process design and optimization projects from conception to completion.
• Strong technical expertise in process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS) and engineering tools.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee process engineering activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balances, datasheets, and operating philosophies.
• Perform process simulations, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, and relief studies using standard tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
