ams OSRAM is seeking a Technical Leader to drive strategic broadband optical communication IC developments from concept through production, providing company-wide technical leadership. The role oversees multi-disciplinary IC programs, drives critical technical decisions, and mentors project leaders while aligning technology with business goals and customer expectations.

The candidate will interface with senior management, customers and partners, and bring extensive CMOS node experience

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering required.
• 15+ years semiconductor development experience.
• Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products.
• Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, test and validation.
• Product development lifecycle
• Risk and stakeholder management
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI is required.
